Rahsia khusyuk dalam sembahyang

Seorang ahli ibadah bernama Isam bin Yusuf, dia sangat warak dan sangat khusyuk solatnya. Namun dia selalu khuatir kalau-kalau ibadahnya kurang khusyuk dan selalu bertanya kepada orang yang dianggapnya lebih ibadahnya, demi untuk memperbaiki dirinya yang selalu dirasakan kurang khusyuk.



Pada suatu hari, Isam menghadiri majlis seorang abid bernama Hatim Al-Isam dan bertanya : "Wahai Aba Abdurrahman, bagaimanakah caranya tuan solat?"
Hatim berkata : "Apabila masuk waktu solat aku berwudhu' zahir dan batin."

Isam bertanya, "Bagaimana wudhu' zahir dan batin itu?"
Hatim berkata, "Wudhu' zahir sebagaimana biasa, iaitu membasuh semua anggota wudhu' dengan air. Sementara wudhu' batin ialah membasuh anggota dengan tujuh perkara :-

1. bertaubat

2. menyesali dosa yang dilakukan

3. tidak tergila-gilakan dunia

4. tidak mencari / mengharap pujian orang (riya')

5. tinggalkan sifat berbangga

6. tinggalkan sifat khianat dan menipu

7. meninggalkan sifat dengki

Seterusnya Hatim berkata, "Kemudian aku pergi ke masjid, aku kemaskan semua anggotaku dan menghadap kiblat. Aku berdiri dengan penuh kewaspadaan dan aku bayangkan Allah ada di hadapanku, syurga di sebelah kananku, neraka di sebelah kiriku, malaikat maut berada di belakangku, dan aku bayangkan pula bahawa aku seolah-olah berdiri di atas titian 'Sirratul Mustaqim' dan aku menganggap bahawa solatku kali ini adalah solat terakhirku, kemudian aku berniat dan bertakbir dengan baik.

Setiap bacaan dan doa dalam solat kufaham maknanya, kemudian aku ruku' dan sujud dengan tawadhu', aku bertasyahhud dengan penuh pengharapan dan aku memberi salam dengan ikhlas. Beginilah aku bersolat selama 30 tahun."
Apabila Isam mendengar, menangislah dia kerana membayangkan ibadahnya yang kurang baik bila dibandingkan dengan Hatim.

Sometimes we feel our spirit and motivation decrease and we feel less vibrant when there are a lot of obstruction in our life to achieve goals setting.I want to share a tecniques that how can we recover and revive our level of lower motivation. This way is very easily and how quickly you can booster your great feeling and charge up your motivation.




It is walking fast.

First you need to do is stretching. After that you can focus your minds in the game mode. Imagine as you walk worthy as though you have a limited period to achieve your dream. Walk as fast as you can and imagine to your destination as if you're pursuing your dream.

Give your insistence in your minds "I must achieve my goal and target. My time is limited". This will make you more reasonable and appropriate. This will indirectly you for programming yourself so that you can act immediately with only what you are doing to achieve your target.


Imagine, when you walk seems reasonable time of your life is so short .Many things that need to be made.

Walk as fast as you can. The action you have to do this may affect your life for adjustable thought and action to do something physical in the case more quickly.

Once you do this activity, you will find, your actions will be more reasonable than the first. This activity also can give benefit to your health such as remove the toxic ,perspiration in the body 15 times as much as double, strengthen your stamina, to supply more oxygen in the brain, aging delay process, strengthen the body resistance to the serotonin, smooth drainage of blood and make you more healthy.Insyaallah.

You see the sign so amazed to speaker that interested you. In your heart, you want to become like them. You also said I should not do quite good like them. He's very lucky because he has good charisma and authority fatigue lectures and speech so shocking. Can I be likely. Meanwhile, I am so ashamed and scare to speech. The truth is You also can be like them



In fact the person who you admire also have 1000 billion neuron which you also have a source neuron more or less. They were not born to be a great communicator but they use the resources available to establish this behavior.

How could you to be like them? First, you need to know the techniques utter the expression, and then you just need to do duplication.

What you need to do is look for role models or people you want to imitate.Observe their movement, their faces mimic. How they move. See their postures. How is the movement of the hands and fingers, how lonely swing-neck, the way they stand, ringing voice, the second movement of feet, how they breathe. Note carefully directly or through the spectacle television or video. Once you remember exactly ,close your eyes and imagine the model is slowly and enter yourself in the body model.

Now you can control the body with exercise and mental models are made yourself. Practise repeatedly in the Minda you as though you are in utter or by using the model as a mediator. You will feel a great emotional with the new of you. You can also take some models to imitate in your personality character

Take the opportunity to be trying reality. If you often do, you will find that you will increase your confidence because once you make on yourself so you can be sure and make a great offering any personality you want to be like them. This is the influence of perceptions and beliefs have a new personality can change the new of you.

This is the excess people can do on the duplication of personality you want. Just try it.. you will be amazed with the feeling that sudden changes in yourself.

Tambatan (Anchoring) adalah teknik mengekalkan emosi pada persembahan puncak top performing

Mengapakah mereka sentiasa ke hadapan dan kerap kali memberikan persembahan puncak yang mengkagumkan?


Salah satu teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik tambatan(anchoring).Teknik ini dapat mengekalkan mereka pada emosi positif yang puncak seterusnya memainkan peranan dalam kawalan tahap fisiologi dan biolgi yang dikehendaki mencapai tahap kecemerlangan.

Kaedah ini pada mulanya ditemui oleh Ivan Pavlov dalam kajiannya terhadap rangsangan yang diberikan pada seekor anjing. Setiap kali sebelum dia memberi makan anjing itu maka loceng dibunyikan. Hal ini dibuat berulang kali. Sehinggakan pada satu masa hanya loceng sahaja dibunyikan, anjing itu secara automatis telah mengeluarkan air liur walaupun tiada makanan. Bunyi loceng tersebut telah menjadi tambatan berkait yang menyebabkan emosi yang dapat mempegaruhi sistem biologi anjing tersebut.

Tambatan boleh dilakukan secara visual, audio ,kinestik, olfactory(bauan) dan gustatory (rasa).

Tambatan membolehkan anda berada pada state yang anda inginkan. Sebagai contoh anda pernah berasa begitu hebat sekali di mana apa sahaja yang anda lakukan amat 'menjadi'

Ataupun saat anda mencapai sesuatu kemenangan dan anda berasa begitu hebat sekali.

Cara tambatan ialah:-

1) Merasakan emosi yang kuat ketika anda mengalaminya pada saat puncak. Cuba ingat kembali dengan menggunakan deria dalaman anda. Iaitu pendengaran, penglihatan dan kinestik (emosi) dalaman anda. Ingatkan kembali ekpresi wajah anda, cara anda bernafas, cara anda berdiri, gaya dan bentuk postur, gerakan tangan anda dan emossi anda ketika itu. Cuba berulangkali dan berikan skala 1 hingga 10 keberkesanannya.
Setiap kali anda mencuba berikan skala ke arah penyamaan tahap tersebut

2) Pastikan semuanya berkait dengan diri anda iaitu anda sendiri berada dalam tubuh yang anda bayangkan dan bukannya anda sedang menonton tubuh anda secara berasingan.

3) Apabila anda rasa perasaan tersebut dengan kukuh pada skala 10 maka gunakan tambatan yang anda selesa gunakan misalnya anda menumbuk pada tangan kiri anda sambil berkata Ya atau yeeess atau hebatnya atau apa sahaja perkataan atau anda petik jari sambil berkata sesuatu.

4)Lakukan berulang kali iaitu panggil semula ingatan tersebut sambil melakukan tambatan. Buat berulangkali sehingga anda rasakan sebati.

5) Tamatkan perasaan tersebut dengan memikirkan perkara lain. Kemudian cuba ulangi proses dengan dapat merasakan perasaan tadi. Lakukan tambatan apabila perasaan itu kukuh kembali.

6) Uji tambatan anda. Letak diri anda dalam keadaan biasa atau neutral dan apabila anda rasa memerlukan maka 'firing the anchor' dan anda dapat rasakan emosi yang anda kehendaki, begitu juga dengan cara anda bernafas, berdiri, mimik muka , gaya gerakan tangan dan kaki jga postur anda secara automtik akan berada pada tahap cemerlang yang anda ing8inkan

Duplikasi pola kecemerlangan -menjadikan anda komunikator yang hebat!



Anda begitu kagum melihat gelagat penceramah atau perucap yang anda minati. Dalam hati anda alangkah baiknya kalau aku jadi sepertinya. Anda juga berkata mengapakah aku tidak boleh jadi sehebatnya. Dia sungguh bernasib baik kerana mempunyai karisma dan kewibawaan mencapaikan ceramah dan ucapan yang begitu hebat sekali. Bolehkah aku jadi sepertinya.?Sedangkan aku begitu malu dan teragak-agak untuk memberikan ucapan sehebat itu. Jawapannya anda BOLEH malah anda boleh buat lebih baik daripada yang anda sangkakan.

Sebenarnya orang yang anda kagumi itu memiliki 1000 billion neuron yang mana anda juga mempunyai sumber neuron yang lebih kurang sama banyak. Cuma neuron penceramah yang anda kagumi itu mempunyai pola sambungan neuron yang diaktifkan berulangkali untuk menjadikan mereka seperti itu. Mereka tidak dilahirkan menjadi komunikator yang hebat tetapi mereka menggunakan sumber yang ada untuk membentuk perilaku tersebut.

Bagaimana cara anda hendak jadi seperti mereka? Peringkat permulaanya anda perlu tahu teknik-teknik berucap secara berkesan dan kemudian anda cuma perlu melakukan duplikasi.

Peniruan yang dilakukan pada fisiologi orang yang cemerlang menjadikan emosi anda seperti mereka.Tirulah gaya fisiologi cemerlang mereka.

Caranya ialah anda perlu mencari role model atau orang yang ingin anda contohi.Perhatikan gerak geri mereka, wajah mimik muka mereka. Cara mereka bergerak .Lihat postur mereka. Bagaimana gerakan tangan dan jarinya, bagaimana lengang-lenggok lehernya,Cara mereka berdiri, nada suaranya, pergerakan kedua kakinya, cara mereka bernafas. Perhatikan dengan teliti samada secara langsung atau melalui tontonan di televisyen atau video. Serapkan ingatan tersebut dalam minda anda sehinggakan rasa selesa dan sebati denga diri anda. Setelah anda ingat betul-betul pejamkan mata anda dan bayangkan model tersebut dan perlahan-lahan masukkan diri anda dalam badan model tersebut.

Sekarang anda yang mengawal tubuh tersebut dan dengan latihan mental jadikan model tersebut adalah diri anda. Latihkan berulang kali dalam minda anda seolah-olah anda sedang berucap atau berceramah dengan menggunakan model tersebut sebagai pengantara. Anda akan merasakan satu kelaianan emosi yang hebat dengan penampilan baru anda. Anda juga boleh mengambil beberapa model untuk diserapkan dalam personaliti anda.

Ambil peluang untuk mencuba secara realiti. Apabila anda kerap melakukan ,anda akan dapati peningkatan anda akan begitu ketara sekali kerana kepercayaan baru anda pada diri anda menjadikan anda begitu yakin dan dapat membuat persembahan yang hebat. Inilah pengaruh persepsi dan kepercayaan baru telah dapat mengubah personaliti baru anda.
